General department have three laboratories viz Physics Laboratory, Chemistry Laboratory and Language Laboratory.
Language Lab incorporates various skill enhancement strategies to fit the needs of individual students either for getting a job or pursuing higher education. Language lab is a platform for learning grooming and placement. It assists to enhance their overall personality and brush up their existing skills. It helps students in improving communication skills, gain command over the language, boost up confidence to face the challenges.
The Physics Laboratory at Government Polytechnic Jamnagar provides diploma students with practical exposure to fundamental physics concepts. It is well-equipped with instruments for experiments in mechanics, optics, electricity, and magnetism.
