As part of the International Women’s Day celebration on 07-03-2025, the Women Development Cell of Government Polytechnic Jamnagar organized a Menstrual Hygiene Kit Distribution Program at Sheetal School, Gokul Nagar, Jamnagar. This initiative was undertaken to raise awareness and support the well-being of girl students by promoting menstrual hygiene and health education.

Event Highlights: The faculties of the Women Development Cell from Government Polytechnic Jamnagar actively participated in the event at Sheetal School, Gokul Nagar, Jamnagar. On this occasion, Dr. U. M. Joshi addressed the students, explaining the significance of International Women’s Day and inspiring them with motivational insights. The Principal of Sheetal School, Mr. Hiren Bhatt, also gave a motivational speech to the students on how to move forward in the future.
