To foster a supportive environment for the first-year girl students, the Women Development Cell of Government Polytechnic Jamnagar organized a Counselling and Guidance Seminar on 24^th January 2023. The program aimed to address the concerns of students, provide guidance on academic and personal development, and ensure their smooth transition into college life.

The event commenced with a warm welcome address delivered by Mrs. S. N. Colarwala, who set a positive tone for the session, expressing the importance of mental well-being, career guidance, and the supportive role of the institution.The seminar featured insightful talks by the esteemed speakers:

Mrs. U. M. Joshi and Dr. Komal Raychura, who provided invaluable counselling tips focusing on emotional well-being, stress management, and effective time management strategies for new students.

Mrs.  H. H. Shah and Mrs. N. V. Khanpara, who guided the students on academic excellence and the significance of goal-setting in achieving long-term success.
